Dr. Brent O. Nichols

Dr. Nichols, a lifelong resident of Huntington Beach, is a graduate of Edison High School and former lifeguard. He went on to study biology at UCLA, and then earned his D.D.S. degree from U.C. San Francisco. While at UCSF, he received his certification in laser dentistry. He performed research on periodontal disease at the University of Sydney in Australia. Returning to Orange County, Dr. Nichols worked for four years in private practice with the founders of the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry. He also spent four more years in private practice in Villa Park before opening his own practice in Huntington Beach. Always striving to further his education, Dr. Nichols is a graduate of the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry and the California Implant Institute, and is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He has taken many postgraduate courses in the fields of cosmetic dentistry, periodontology, dental implantology, and oral surgery.
